1.  Missed the delivery of my order?
In case you miss the order the courier service will reach you on the next working day. You can even check your SMS to have an update of its next visit for delivery.
2.  What if I am unable to collect the order for the first time, will it be delivered again?
Yes, the order will deliver again on the next working day, if you are unable to collect it for the first time.
3.  What should I do, if the order is delayed?
There are very rare occasion when the order is delayed. In such case check your email and messages for update. We will share a new time frame and you can even check status by visiting orders section.
4.  What should I do when my order is approved and yet not shipped?
Our sellers generally deliver the orders on the same day or the very next day, so that the order can reach our customer on time. In case your order is not delivered as per the mention time frame, you can contact our customer support team, so that they can look into your problem.
5.  Can I take the delivery after checking my product from inside and outside?
Yes you can open the box in front of our courier boy and check it from inside and out. In case you face any problem, you can make an immediate return of the product.
6.  How will I know that my order has got confirmed?
As soon as you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an Email and SMS. You can even track your order. And we will also keep on updating regarding your shipment and the date the product will reach your destination.
7.  How early can I get my product deliver?
You will receive the order on the date that is mention on the product page of your location.
8.  My order has reached the nearest place of my location, but why I have yet not received it?
The courier service department is responsible to make sure that the product is delivered on time and in case it exceeds the timing, you can reach our customer care.
9.  I am unable to track my order, even though it has been shipped.
The courier service, usually take up to 24 hours to update the tracking order after the shipment. Please check after the given time frame.
10.  What should I do if I don’t receive the invoice of current and previous order?
Sellers provide a hard copy of the invoice during the shipment. Even a soft copy is also provided in your register Email ID within a time frame of 24 hours of delivery of product.

11.  Where can I search for seller’s return policy?
You can see the respective sellers return policy on the product page.
12.  How can I place an order
You can place this order by following the below mention steps:
Login to your Eblaa’s account
Select the product that you want to buy.
Click on Buy Now option, you can even Add to Cart for later shopping.
Click on continue with checkout
Add New address, In case you have already added the address click on Deliver here.
You can even select the address as your work place or home, while adding a new address.
Click on place order and select your payment mode
Click on Confirm Order
13.  Whom should I contact, when service centre denied my request to repair the product?
Please contact our customer support, with the service centre details so that we can look into this.
14.  How is a “business day” different from a regular day?
Business days are referred as the working days which include Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are generally not counted.
15.  Why was my order not delivered?
1. Wrong Address: You might have entered an incorrect address. The order gets returned to seller through courier service. Make sure that you enter a right address.
Click on My profile > Accounts > Address. Click on the three colon on the right hand side of your address and click edit. Here you can even change the address type.
2. Damage during Delivery Process: There at times the package gets damage during its delivery process. Here the courier service will return the product to the seller without making further delivery
3. Failed attempts: Most of the sellers make generally make more than one attempt to deliver your product to the provided location. In case you are not available both the time (several attempts are even made), the product will by default delivered back to the seller.
16.  What do the different order statuses in ‘My Orders’ means.
The different statuses are mention below:
Ordered: Product that you have selected and placed them on order
Approved: Order that you have placed for an item is confirmed from the seller.
Packed: Your product is packed and ready for pick up by our courier service provider.
Ready for Dispatch: The order has been picked up by the courier service provider and is on its way to logistics team.
Shipped: Your product is on way to reach you and is out for delivery.
Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered to you.
Returned Request: You want to return your product and you have generated a return request of the product and the confirmation is pending from the seller.
Returned: Your item is returned and you will receive the amount back in the process used by you for payment only when it is approved from our end or from seller.
